SHIPPING POLICY
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier delays beyond our control.

🚨 Lost or Stolen Packages: Cosmetic Haven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy—but only if the products are unopened, unused, untested, and in sellable condition.
