- Flat Rate Standard Shipping of $20 for orders under $125
- Shipping may take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from dispatch
- A signature is required upon delivery for security. However, if you prefer an Authority to Leave, please email hello@cosmetichaven.com.au or leave a note at checkout at your own risk. ✍️

We aim to dispatch orders the next business day after they are placed. However, delivery times may vary based on courier services and location. If you live outside a major metropolitan area, please allow additional time.

Need your order quickly? We offer express shipping (Australia Only)!
Orders placed before 12 PM (Sydney Time) will be dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 12 PM (Sydney Time) will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Address Changes 🏡
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hello@cosmetichaven.com.au. If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes and are unable to offer refunds, store credit, or resends. 🛑
If you request a Safe Drop or change your address directly with the courier service after dispatch, Cosmetic Haven is not responsible for lost or missing orders.
Missing Orders & Delivery Issues 🚨
If your order is missing or delayed beyond 5 business days past Australia Post’s estimated delivery timeframe:

- We will lodge an inquiry with the courier service on your behalf.
- Investigations may take up to 10 business days. ⏳
Missing order: Once your order is handed over to Australia Post, we are no longer responsible for any missing or delayed items. However, we understand how frustrating this can be and are here to assist you as much as possible. If your order is delayed or missing, we will lodge a complaint on your behalf and help track down your parcel.
