At Cosmetic Haven, we want you to love your products! However, if you're unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. Please read the criteria below to see if you qualify.
Cosmetic Haven’s Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. Here’s how it works:
- Email us at hello@cosmetichaven.com.au.
- Confirm that you qualify for a return (see details below).
- Send the product(s) back via post (at the customer's expense).
- Once received and inspected, we will issue either a refund or store credit for the returned item(s).
Do You Qualify for a Return?
Changed your mind? No problem! Cosmetic Haven gladly accepts returns within 14 days of purchase, as long as the following conditions are met:
✅ The product(s) must be in saleable condition, meaning:
- Unopened, unused, and not tested.
- Free from damage.
✅ Returns must be sent within 14 days of purchase.
✅ Once approved, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
✅ A tracking number must be provided—we cannot assist with missing untracked parcels.
✅ A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds or store credit.
📌 Due to NSW Health Regulations, we cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened, used, tested, or damaged after purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Products
At Cosmetic Haven, we take pride in providing high-quality products. However, there may be rare instances where a product arrives damaged, is faulty, or has been mistakenly packed.
If this occurs, we will offer a refund or store credit for the affected item.
How to Report a Damaged or Faulty Product:
- Take clear photos of the damaged or faulty product.
- Email the photos to hello@cosmetichaven.com.au on the same day you receive your package.
- We will assess the damage and notify you if the item qualifies for a refund or store credit.
📌 What is NOT considered faulty?
- Minor damage to outer packaging or a slightly squashed box.
- Cracked internal mirrors (if the product itself is intact).

Eye/Lip Pencils:
- Retractable pencils are only considered faulty if broken upon first use.
- Sharpenable pencils are not faulty if the tip is not exposed—simply sharpen it to reveal the product.
- Brushes and beauty sponges that have been used or washed are not eligible for return.
📌 If a fault is reported after the date of delivery, or if the product has been discarded without photo evidence, we cannot accept the return.
Incorrect Item Received
If you’ve received the wrong item, we’ll make it right!
- Email us at hello@cosmetichaven.com.au with details of the incorrect item.
- If a return is required, we will cover the postage cost and provide a return label.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will either:
- Ship the correct item, or
- Provide a refund or store credit.
📌 If the returned product is found not to be faulty after inspection, it will be sent back to the customer.
International Return Policy
🚨 Please choose your items carefully! Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for international orders.
📌 We are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or postal/customs clearance delays. Please check with your local customs office to ensure your order complies with local regulations.
